6 week strength and conditioning camp open to all incoming 8th-12th grade girls. This camp is put on by multiple Kingwood Park girls athletic coaches so your athlete will be seen by many coaches. This camp is Monday-Thursday and is tailored to keeping girls in shape through the summer to prepare for the next season. It is 7-9am with the first hour being in the weight room and the second hour outside at the track. This is highly encouraged for KP girls athletics.

ALL campers need to dress in athletic clothes, wear basketball or tennis shoes and bring water. Snacks are allowed. A concession stand with prepackaged snacks & drinks is available.
Half Day Basic Camp (incoming K-5th graders): Athletes will learn the fundamentals of basketball including: rules of the game, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, court awareness, and competition. Individual skills, drills, and team competitions will take place throughout camp.
Full Day Basic & Advanced Camp (Incoming 6th-9th Graders): Athletes will learn the fundamentals of basketball including: ball handling, passing, shooting, individual moves, defense, court awareness. Campers will also learn drills, compete individually and in teams, and scrimmage.

The Kingwood Park Baseball Camp will be hosted by the Kingwood Park coaching staff. This camp is designed to improve the overall skill level of all campers in the areas of throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, baserunning and pitching. Players will need to bring their baseball gear including a glove, bat, hat, shoes and cleats. Please have your player bring money if they would like to visit the concession stand.

Kingwood Park HS Tennis Summer Camp: Players need to bring their racquet, towel, water bottle, snacks, sun screen, and hat/visor. Our camps are designed to develop a player’s overall skill and knowledge of the sport of tennis. Please register for the appropriate session for your camper determined by grade and skill level.

4 day volleyball camp hosted by the Kingwood Park volleyball program. Led by the coaches and assisted by current KPVB program athletes. Kids that signup will get instruction from the coaches on basic skills such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting. Flyer is posted on the KPVB website with details on how to register for the camp. MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE A T SHIRT. If you just pay online, that does not register your child.
