This camp is an introduction to the sport of cross country for kids entering K-7th grade. We will train all week then race on the KHS cross country course on Friday. Please bring water and a towel.

This is an introduction to Track & Field. Please bring water. This camp does not include pole vaulting, shot put or discus.
June 3-7 6-7:30pm camp will being at 5:30pm on Friday for track event competition

This is a non-contact camp; players will be separated by grade level.

Build your volleyball skills through fun and engaging drills, activities and games at Kingwood High School. Over the course of 4 days, we will work on all aspects of the game of volleyball for 3 hours per day. Campers are suggested to bring volleyball/athletic shoes and clothing along with a water bottle. This camp includes a t-shirt (register by July 15th for guarantee).
