Each session will consist of 45 minutes of Weightlifting and 45 minutes of conditioning that is organized by KHS S&C Coordinator and coaching staff
*Incoming 7th & 8th Graders will learn proper form and technique of lifting.
*High School Football players will continue with our off-season weight program while still using proper form and technique.
* All girls and other HS athletes that attend will go over proper form and technique while tailoring the workouts to their specific sports.
All incoming 7th -12th graders Session Dates:
June 3rd - August 1st (Monday – Thursday) (Off Weeks June 9-12 , June 30 – July 3rd, July 21-24)
● Session 1 - 6:30 – 8:45 am (9th,10th/11th/12th Football)
● Session 2 - 9:00-10:45 am (7th/8th/All Girls)
