Dear Camper,
I want to invite you to participate in our football camp. The camp will be run by the Wildcat’s Football Coaching Staff. Your experience at the camp will be fun and exciting. We hope you will take advantage of this tremendous opportunity and join us. I hereby give permission for my child to enroll in the Wildcat Football Camp and certify that he/she is physically fit to participate. I will not hold Humble ISD, Humble High School, or its appointed staff responsible in case of accident/injury or loss due to participation in these activities. I understand that the Humble High School football program, Humble High School, nor Humble ISD DOES NOT carry accident/health insurance to cover participants or spectators in the football camp program. I understand that no refunds will be given except for unforeseen medical reasons or program cancellations/postponements. I give consent for my child to be interviewed, photographed, and/or videotaped for Humble ISD promotional purposes during the 2024 summer sports camp. Thank You and Protect The H!!!!
