6 week strength and conditioning camp open to all incoming 8th-12th grade girls. This camp is put on by multiple Kingwood Park girls athletic coaches so your athlete will be seen by many coaches. This camp is Monday-Thursday and is tailored to keeping girls in shape through the summer to prepare for the next season. It is 7-9am with the first hour being in the weight room and the second hour outside at the track. This is highly encouraged for KP girls athletics.
